Welcome! You’ve arrived at the web page of one of the best lines on the market today! It seems that, no matter what wrapper Rafael Nodal chooses to roll around his Quattro blend, he creates an outstanding smoke that people simply can’t get enough of.
The original Aging Room Quattro F55 was Cigar Aficionado’s No. 2 cigar of 2013, and boasted an almost unheard-of 95 rating! And because the Cuban cigar that was #1 that year isn’t available in the US, it was quite possibly the best smoke you could get in the country that year. That cigar, of course, was “outdone” in 2019 by the Aging Room Quattro Nicaragua, which took home Cigar of the Year honors and marked Nodal as one of the reigning kings of tobacco blending.
The original had a legendary Indonesian Sumatra wrapper around a Dominican blend.
The Nicaragua took things in a totally different direction with all Nicaraguan tobacco.
The Aging Room Quattro Connecticut, however, features a Dominican interior blend similar to the original, but then puts a new twist on things by using an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper.
While the original Quattro F55 was rich and balanced, this one takes things in a different direction, with mild-medium bodied smoke that’s creamy, nutty, and has a distinct cedar note. The more exotic flavor profile you may have experienced the first time around is replaced with a mellow and highly enjoyable set of more familiar flavors, thanks to the Connecticut wrapper leaf. You’ll also get a nice smooth core from that signature Aging Room Dominican long-filler blend.
This is a Quattro for those who love mild and creamy smoke.
