I've been ordering from Cigars Direct for a little over a year now. I have only experienced one "hiccup" on an order, which was promptly addressed by Cigars Direct, so no issues with the company. This is my first box of Buffalo Trace's "Toro", but so far, it's as good (maybe slightly better) than their Robusto which I'm accustomed to. Getting a solid coal going is sometimes a challenge on these, but after it's established the first 1/3 of it is sweet and pleasant. I will say, though, that at about the 1/2 way mark, I start noticing some bitterness creep in, but it's still a good smoke. By the 3/4 mark, most of them have - so far - become so acidic I have to stop, but I think that may be usual for a Toro length cigar. I have so far used a full cut on each, but I'm going to try a punch-cut very soon to see if there's any noticeable difference. My burn times on these average about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours. Overall very pleased with this brand of cigar, and definitely recommend enjoying with a well-aged bourbon or whiskey!
