The hobbies of cigar people go far beyond smoking the good stuff. Our tribe tends to love a good drink, fast cars, competition, wrenching on engines, and hunting, to name a handful. The latter of these was not lost on Oscar Valladares when he created Oscar Valladares Wild Hunter cigars.
Oscar Valladares Wild Hunter cigars come in a camouflaged ammo-looking box. Inside, covering the cigars up to the band appears to be chopped tobacco leaves and other parts of the plant. This visual creates another cool layer of camouflage not unlike that of the forest floor. The cigar band's also sport camo with borders and lettering the same shade of orange hunting safety vests.
Oscar Valladares Wild Hunter cigars are Honduran puros with two wrapper versions—natural and Oscuro. Both wrappers hail from the Copan region of Honduras. The entire blend comes straight from Oscar's Entrada a Copan and El Paraiso farms. The idea was to create a cigar that showcased the flavors of Honduran tobacco.
When smoking the medium-strength natural version, expect notes of red pepper, burnt wood, and coffee. For the full-strength Oscuro version, you'll experience vanilla, baker's chocolate, molasses, and black pepper flavors.
Please enjoy Oscar Valladares Wild Hunter cigars at your leisure.
