It does a capable job of balancing things out, and so the flavor profile takes you on a trip, from beginning to end. Most of the time, you’re in the earthy chocolate/cocoa zone, but spice and sweetness show their faces here and there in interesting ways. There’s so much smoking to be done, and there’s no rush.
