Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real Nicaragua cigars are a line extension of the wildly popular Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real cigar. This time the blending talents of Rafael Nodal and A.J. Fernandez were enlisted to create a Nicaragua puro. This isn’t the first time these two master blenders have collaborated on a cigar, and the final result is a testament to what two tobacco maestros can do when working as a team.
Fernandez and Nodal set out to create a cigar with more body and complexity than the original. Of course, they also wanted to make sure that the smoothness and refined character of the line remained intact. Over the course of a year and a half, they achieved this feat in the Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real Nicaragua cigar.
Produced at Tabacalera A.J. Fernandez in Esteli, Nicaragua, all of the tobacco in Romeo y Julieta Reserva Real Nicaragua cigars come from Fernandez’s Nicaraguan farms. The flavor outcome for this Nicaragua puro is white and black pepper, cinnamon, and cola sweetness. Rated 92 by Cigar Aficionado, the Reserva Real Nicaragua stogie offers an even draw and burn with a great deal of complexity. The cigar is an incredible follow-up to a fantastic cigar.
