Someone over at Bradley ran out of fuel in their lighter and had a mental breakdown. They said, “Never again! I am never going to go through this pain ever again! I’m done! I’m going to build the biggest goddamn lighter fuel canister the world has ever seen!”
And so the Alec Bradley The Mega Burner Table Top Lighter was born.
This chrome-tanked tabletop beast holds a staggering 8 hours of fuel. If you smoke a cigar a week and don’t play with the flame a lot, you should get a few years out of this lighter before you need a refill. We hope you’ll keep us posted about how it actually performs. This lighter makes us curious if it actually lives up to the claimed 8 hours of flame or not when it’s in our customers’ hands.
To get the Alec Bradley The Mega Burner Table Top Lighter lit, start with the black fuel knob. This lets you start the flow of butane. Once you’ve got it going, grab the ignition trigger. There’s a button you can press with your thumb to get the lighter going. Give it a few clicks and it should start right up. If it doesn’t, just increase the fuel flow.
There are a good amount of fuel holes, so you get a nice wide flame. You should be able to get a cigar of any size lit easily. One thing to note, though. The Alec Bradley The Mega Burner Table Top Lighter isn’t really an outdoor lighter. The flames aren’t true jets, and can’t really stand up to much wind. It’s better than a single soft flame, but not on par with those “light it up in a warzone hurricane while you parachute onto the enemy” type lighters.
This lighter is also big. It’s about 7 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter. It’s by no means a pocket lighter to take along with you. It’s a definite tabletop lighter that should live next to an ashtray on a side table in your smoke lounge, basement, man cave, or other area dedicated to the enjoyment of fine cigars.
Want a lighter that’s hard to lose and that will still have fuel on the Day of Judgment? The Alec Bradley The Mega Burner Table Top Lighter is the one to pick.
