First received lighter was unable to keep it lit. I emailed cigars direct and expressed the problem I was having with the lighter. To my surprise their response was immediate and a new lighter would be in the mail that day but please try the little switch on the bottom of the lighter that regulated the flame. I did and it worked perfectly. I notified them of this and that I did not need the replacement lighter. What can you say but again excellent customer service. Thanks.
