Stick to Reg’s
I typically smoke the regular Padron cigars and tried a few of these to see what all the buzz (hype?) is about. I’m still not sure. They are marginally tastier than the regular Padrons perhaps, but not worth the excessive price tag, in my own opinion.
Went Flat
This cigar started out bold and delicious, full of toasty bread, pecans and herbal and sweeter notes. Then about half way in the flavor started to disappear and it ended pretty flat. I was having a great time with the Padron 1964 Superior Natural until then. I’ll try it again when I find a deal.
Nice ‘64
About middle of the pack for the 1964 Anny’s which means it’s pretty darn good. The flavor is generally consistent though I find some sticks to be spicier – and better IMO. The Superior reminds me a great deal of the Hemingway Signature Sungrown in flavor and overall quality.
