This Tatuaje Lomo de Cerdo 2023 cigar is made in Nicaragua. Outside, you'll find a Mexican San Andres wrapper. Inside, the binder is Nicaraguan, and the filler is Nicaraguan. This is a Medium to Full bodied Robusto shaped cigar with a length of 5.13 and a ring gauge of 52.
The Lomo de Cerdo—Spanish for pork loin—takes its inspiration from the Tatuaje Pork Tenderloin, a limited-edition release from 2010. It features a Mexican San Andrés wrapper instead of the Connecticut broadleaf used in the original and pays tribute to the city of Tuxtla, which is well-known for the production of this tobacco. This cigar joins the Tuxtla Series, which debuted in June 2022 and includes the Avion ’13 Tuxtla, Tatuaje 7th Tuxtla, and Tatuaje T110 Tuxtla.

My favorite wrapper-filler combination. Can’t beat Mexican San Andres with Nicaraguan. This is a rich flavorful smoke of cocoa, pepper, citrus and much more. A fantastic stick that is very special.

At first I was not impressed. But a few days in red the humidor and it changed dramatically for the better! I started to pickup all the subtle favors and It ended a very rewarding smoke! I recommend this cigar.
