Punch Cigar Celebrates Chinese New Year with "Bottle Rocket"

General Cigar Company has announced its latest Chinese New Year limited edition release, the Punch Bottle Rocket, slated to ship to retailers on February 3, 2025. This figurado (4 1/2 x 50) features a Mexican San Andrés wrapper, a Nicaraguan Estelí binder, and a blend of Nicaraguan, Dominican, and Honduran fillers, all crafted at the HATSA factory in Honduras.

Continuing the firework theme introduced with the 2024 Punch Dragon Fire, the Bottle Rocket comes packaged in a 20-count firework canister, with each cigar attached to its own "firework." The canisters also feature serpent imagery, honoring the Year of the Snake, which begins on January 29, 2025.

This is the seventh Chinese New Year commemorative cigar from Punch. While the first five releases focused on food, the brand shifted to a firework theme last year.
